Check that your tetanus innoculation is up-to-date. If you are not sure about this, your GP or practice nurse should be able to help. Then look out some old, suitable clothes and sturdy boots and come along!
Paperwork can be filled in on the day:
- a simple form with your name, address, and contact details in case of emergency
- a fitness-industry standard questionnaire about basic health.
